The Hillside House Cook
Greg is the cook at Hillside House. He believes a vacation breakfast should be tasty, hearty, healthy and special, and uses only high quality lowfat food products, . Everything is cooked fresh each morning in our gourmet kitchen.
The Time
Coffee, teas, juices, homemade granola and fruit are available at 7:30 AM for early risers. Our full breakfast, served buffet style, is available between 8:30 and 9:30 AM and can be enjoyed in either our dining room, or on our front deck.
The Menu
Our breakfast buffet generally consists of an egg-based entree, coffee cake, biscuits, fruit and our homemade granola. Common ingredients include eggs, lowfat ham/sausage, cheeses, vegetables, fruit, nuts, wheat flour and chocolate..
Please Note
Most people find plenty to choose from, but guests who have dietary restrictions are welcome to store food in the guest refrigerator. We do not cook special meals, nor is our kitchen available for guest use.
